About the Role
We are seeking a Quality Engineer to drive continuous improvement and ensure supplier and production quality at a large-scale heavy manufacturing facility. In this role, you will:

Conduct supplier quality audits from planning through reporting, follow-up, and corrective action verification
- 
Analyze data to identify trends and root causes of quality issues, collaborating with internal and external partners to resolve them
- 
Support internal quality systems by maintaining documentation, records, and compliance reports
- 
Lead or assist in quality-related projects focused on process improvement, reliability, and efficiency
- 
Travel to supplier sites (around 50%) to perform inspections, training, and performance assessments

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Project Management, or a related field
- 3–5 years of experience in quality, manufacturing, or engineering (2 years with strong internships may be considered)
- Strong analytical, organizational, and project management skills
- Experience with supplier quality, audits, or compliance in a manufacturing environment preferred
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools; strong communication and collaboration abilities
