Compensation: $110,000 – $130,000 base salary
Bonus: $75,000 guaranteed commissions at 100% target
Position Overview.
We’re hiring a Territory Sales Manager to lead regional sales efforts for a breakthrough implantable Continuous Glucose Monitoring (CGM) system. In this field-based role, you’ll directly support healthcare professionals and patient outcomes by promoting a first-in-class diabetes management solution. As the single point of contact across assigned accounts, you’ll develop territory strategies, collaborate with internal and external partners, and work cross-functionally to drive adoption. What You’ll Do
- Manage sales activities for a territory focused on implantable CGM technology
- Drive new business development across healthcare professionals, IDNs, and group practices
- Serve as the single point of contact for assigned accounts within your geography
- Create and execute a strategic territory plan to exceed quota goals
- Lead field sales forecasting and territory pipeline tracking
- Implement marketing initiatives and programs aligned with company goals
- Collaborate with internal sales teams, distributor partners, and external stakeholders
- Maintain an accurate pipeline of patients and customer engagements
- Provide timely follow-up and customer support across clinical and commercial needs
What You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree (required)
- 4+ years of outside sales experience in a B2B or medical sales setting
- 2+ years of experience in DME (Durable Medical Equipment) sales
- 5–7 years of experience managing strategic healthcare accounts and working with group practices or KOLs
- Experience with managed care, IDNs, and reimbursement strategies
- Proven success building and maintaining customer relationships in a consultative sales model
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess data and market trends
- Willingness to travel up to 50% within the territory
- Direct patient contact sales experience preferred
Preferred Experience
- Background in diabetes care, endocrinology, or CGM technologies
- Experience launching new products or entering competitive healthcare markets
- Previous experience working with healthcare providers, payers, and patient education programs
Compensation & Benefits
Base Salary: $110,000 – $130,000
Commission Plan:
- $75,000 target at 100% performance
- Guaranteed at 100% for first 3 months
- Guaranteed at 75% for months 4–6
- Guaranteed at 50% thereafter
