Compensation: Base salary $85,000 – $100,000 + 10% annual bonus + full benefits

Position Overview:

We are seeking a Production Manager to lead and coordinate all plant production operations at our facility. This is a full-time, on-site position with a shift schedule of Sunday – Wednesday, 5:00 PM – 5:30 AM. You will be responsible for overseeing the production of various fruit varieties and products. You will lead a team of supervisors and production personnel, ensuring quality, productivity, cost control, safety, and team morale are balanced. Key responsibilities include managing production schedules, maintaining product quality, coordinating maintenance, and driving continuous improvement initiatives. You will also ensure compliance with food safety and quality standards while maintaining accurate production records.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED required; bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred.
• 4+ years of experience in food production management or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Strong leadership and supervisory skills, including hiring, training, and performance management.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, production management software, and standard office equipment.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.
