What You’ll Do

Be part of a brand-new, high-energy restaurant opening in Murray UT, where tradition meets fire. Our space is built around a signature open churrasco grill, where chefs showcase hand-carved meats cooked over open flame. The centerpiece Market Table features a stunning display of seasonal salads, cured meats, superfoods, and fresh-made accompaniments. What You’ll Bring

We're hiring passionate hospitality professionals who love to serve, support, and create memorable dining experiences. Roles available:

Back of House

• Kitchen Prep Cooks
• Dishwashers

Front of House

• Servers – Hourly + Tip Pool (this tip pool really adds up) - must be 21 years old
• Bartenders
• Gaucho Chefs – Hands-on certified training in traditional Brazilian churrasco-style grilling
• Host / Hostess
• Market Table Attendants – Curate and refresh our signature gourmet salad bar
• Dessert Attendants
• Bussers

What You’ll Get
