Work Setting: Primarily onsite at a distribution center; some flexibility once established

Travel: Limited; occasional travel to other distribution sites as the role expands

Compensation: $68,000 – $92,000 base salary

Position Summary

The Business Analyst is a highly visible, data-driven role supporting North American distribution operations, with an initial focus on the Olive Branch, MS distribution center. This position partners directly with senior distribution leadership to analyze operational performance, identify trends and risks, and deliver actionable insights that improve service, cost, productivity, and inventory outcomes. The role blends hands-on analytics with real operational impact and is ideal for an analyst who enjoys working close to the business in a fast-paced distribution environment. Over time, the scope will expand to support additional distribution sites across the network.


What You’ll Do

  • Analyze distribution center KPIs related to productivity, labor efficiency, order accuracy, on-time shipping, inventory accuracy, safety, and service
  • Build, maintain, and standardize dashboards, scorecards, and reporting tools across the distribution network
  • Identify performance gaps, root causes, trends, and operational risks; provide clear, actionable recommendations
  • Partner with leadership on monthly, quarterly, and annual business reviews
  • Support annual operating plans, budgets, forecasts, and capital investment analysis
  • Assist with network optimization, automation initiatives, and distribution expansion projects
  • Standardize performance metrics and reporting across multiple distribution sites
  • Support Lean, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement initiatives through data analysis
  • Track post-implementation results to ensure operational improvements are sustained
  • Support integration of new facilities or acquisitions into reporting frameworks
  • Provide data-driven insights to support service challenges and customer escalations
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Operations, Finance, Inventory Planning, Customer Service, Quality, IT, and Commercial teams


What You Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, Analytics, or related field
  • 3+ years of experience in business analysis, operations analytics, or supply chain analytics
  • Prior experience in a distribution, logistics, or warehousing environment (required)
  • Strong proficiency in Excel and data visualization tools (Power BI or Tableau required)
  • Experience working with ERP and WMS reporting systems
  • Solid understanding of distribution operations and key performance metrics
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to present insights to senior leadership

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience supporting multi-site distribution or network-level operations
  • Exposure to Lean, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement methodologies
  • Experience supporting capital projects, automation initiatives, or network expansion
  • Master’s degree in a related discipline
