Location: Lower Manhattan, NYC (on-site, 5 days/week)

Work Setting: In-office, full-time (Monday–Friday, standard business hours)

Duration: 2–3 months with potential to convert to permanent

Compensation: $70,000 – $85,000 annualized (W2, no benefits)


Job Summary:

We’re hiring a Temp Recruiter to support high-volume, hourly hiring across a portfolio of food & beverage concepts. In this hands-on recruiting role, you’ll screen hundreds of resumes a day, rapidly identify top talent, and move candidates from first touch to offer—all while ensuring alignment with brand standards and operational needs. This position is ideal for a recruiter who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is comfortable with the tempo and expectations of agency-style sourcing. Prior experience in food & beverage or restaurant operations is a must.

What You’ll Do

  • Manage 30–40 open requisitions focused on hourly roles, with occasional management-level openings
  • Review up to 500+ resumes per day, quickly screening and prioritizing qualified candidates
  • Conduct high-volume outreach and screening calls
  • Schedule interviews with field managers and facilitate follow-up
  • Extend verbal offers, initiate background checks, and manage offer letters through ATS
  • Coordinate mass-invite campaigns and hiring events as needed
  • Communicate hiring status and candidate readiness to field teams and managers
  • Maintain candidate records in ATS and assist with reporting as needed


What You Bring

  • 2–4+ years of recruiting experience, ideally with high-volume or hourly staffing
  • Previous experience in food & beverage or restaurant operations is required
  • Strong resume review instincts
  • Ability to operate independently and juggle multiple high-priority openings at once
  • Excellent phone presence and rapid follow-up ability
  • ATS experience required
  • Strong Excel and reporting skills preferred
  • Comfortable with fast-paced environments
