Location: USA Pkwy, Sparks, NV 89437
Compensation: $40,000 to 69,000 + OT
Schedule: 8:00am to 4:30pm - M-F (some Saturday's as needed)

Education: High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree in a related field is a plus.
Required Experience:
- 1 to 3 years’ experience in a supervisory position.

Key Responsibilities:

Safety Oversight: Enforce safety policies and procedures in the warehouse environment. Maintain a strong commitment to safety by documenting and assessing incidents, including near misses, and implementing corrective actions to prevent future occurrences.

Operational Management: Supervise daily workflows to ensure adherence to safety, quality, and productivity standards. Monitor attendance and performance to ensure all targets are met consistently, achieving daily and weekly area objectives.

Leadership & People Management: Lead, motivate, and manage a team of warehouse associates. Foster a collaborative, inclusive, and respectful work environment. Proactively address and resolve conflicts, demonstrating courage and professionalism in interactions with team members.

Continuous Improvement: Identify operational challenges and collaborate with team members to implement sustainable solutions. Drive continuous improvement initiatives that enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Communication & Interpersonal Skills: Maintain effective communication with team members, other departments, and leadership. Ensure that key information is clearly conveyed, fostering strong working relationships across all levels of the organization.
