Travel: Up to 40% (primarily within NY, NJ, PA, FL)
Compensation: $120,000 – $130,000 base salary + up to 15% bonus

About the Role
We’re seeking a dynamic Construction Project Manager to lead multi-site retail and hospitality buildouts across key regional markets. This individual will play a crucial role in planning, budgeting, and executing commercial construction projects—primarily for locations involving high-volume commercial kitchens and restaurant settings.
You will join a high-performing Construction & Design team and take full ownership of projects from design through closeout. The ideal candidate is hands-on, collaborative, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced, brand-driven environment.
What You’ll Do
- Manage construction projects from pre-construction through turnover across multiple locations
- Oversee general contractors, vendors, schedules, budgets, and site conditions to ensure on-time and on-budget delivery
- Lead all permitting and compliance phases for assigned projects
- Coordinate construction documentation with architects, engineers, and landlords
- Communicate project updates and risks to internal stakeholders and partners
- Monitor the quality of workmanship and adherence to brand design standards
- Oversee procurement and logistics for owner-supplied items and FF&E
- Travel regularly to job sites to inspect work and troubleshoot in real time
What You Bring
- Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management or related field (required)
- 2–5 years of general construction experience
- Must have direct experience with restaurant, grocery, or hospitality-related construction
- Previous responsibility for large project budgets and store/restaurant rollouts
- Proficient in construction scheduling, estimating, and design software
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Experience using project management software (Procure and Project Mates preferred)
