- Full-time – 40 hours per week
- Must be able to work day shift and night shift (rotating schedule)

Compensation
$21.50 per hour base rate ($20.00 base rate + $1.50 per hour ramp differential)
- $2.00 per hour Overnight Differential (when applicable)

Minimum Requirements
- High School Diploma, GED, or international equivalent required
- Valid driver’s license
- 1 year of forklift experience required (or other heavy equipment experience)
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Must be able to work weekends (Friday, Saturday, and Sunday) and holidays
- Ability to read, write, and understand the English language
- Ability to understand and react to verbal commands and safety warnings, with and without the assistance of sight or visual aids
Physical Requirements / Working Conditions
- Must be able to push, pull, and position loaded air freight containers weighing up to 3,200 lbs
- Must be able to operate ramp equipment with gross weights ranging from 3,000 to 80,000 lbs
- Must be able to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Must be able to work in areas congested with aircraft, moving and stationary vehicles, and ground equipment
- Ability to judge distance and operate vehicles in tight spaces
- Must be able to lift, bend, stoop, twist, and stand for extended periods
- Must be willing to wear company-issued uniform and maintain professional appearance
Responsibilities
- Transport, load, and unload air freight containers to and from aircraft within confined ramp areas
- Push, pull, and position loaded air freight containers weighing up to 3,200 lbs
- Remove tie-downs and secure gear during loading and unloading operations
- Read “off-load” sheets to determine the proper destination of Express packages
- Operate ramp equipment ranging from 3,000 to 80,000 lbs in areas congested with aircraft and ground vehicles
- Position vehicles safely to aircraft for loading and unloading
- Engage in aircraft push-out procedures by either driving an 80,000 lb vehicle or assisting as a guide using depth perception in congested areas
- Communicate with cockpit crew during push-back procedures using verbal commands and hand signals
- Follow all site safety and security procedures
