Location: Sharon, CT

Shifts Available: 7:00am to 3:00pm; 3:00pm to 11:00pm, 11:00pm to 7:00am ($5,000 sign-on)

Compensation: Very competitive pay with signing bonuses. Shift differential for evening/night shifts.

Required Experience:

• Valid CT RN license.
• Compassionate and empathetic approach to patient care.
• Interest in the nursing needs of the aged and the chronically ill with the ability to work with both.
• Strong clinical, leadership, organizational, communication and decision-making skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.



Preferred Experience (Not Required):

• Advanced degree or certification
• Previous RN supervisory/leadership experience.
• Previous Long-Term Care experience.

As a RN Supervisor, you will lead an interdisciplinary team to provide exceptional care and ensure the health, comfort, and overall well-being of our residents. Your responsibilities will include oversight of the facility operations, safety, cleanliness and compliance to nursing policies, procedures and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervising and guiding nursing staff to ensure high-quality care delivery
• Overseeing daily operations, including staffing assignments and resource allocation
• Collaborating with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement care plans
• Conducting regular assessments and audits to maintain quality standards
• Providing mentorship, training, and support to nursing staff
• Ensuring compliance with all regulatory standards and protocols
