What You Bring

  • 5+ years in chemical or specialty manufacturing industries
  • Previous leadership over quality or lab teams
  • Deep experience with ISO standards and audit readiness

  • Six Sigma or ISO auditor certification a plus/not required

Skills & Tools

  • Proficiency with quality management systems and statistical analysis software
  • Strong communication, root cause analysis, and cross-functional leadership skills
  • Adaptable mindset with a continuous improvement and modernization focus

Why Join Us?

  • Lead the charge in building a stronger quality culture and modernizing systems
  • Partner directly with site and global leadership on high-impact quality initiatives
  • Join a stable, global manufacturer with deep industry roots and strong growth ambitions
