Position Overview
We are seeking a driven and personable New Home Sales Associate to represent a leading national homebuilder in their rapidly growing South division. This role is responsible for guiding prospective buyers through the full sales cycle—from initial engagement to contract close—across communities in the Atlanta market.
This is an open sales community structure, meaning you are not confined to selling in just one neighborhood. You have the ability to sell across multiple communities, allowing you to better match buyers to inventory and significantly increase your earning potential.
You’ll join a lean, high-performing sales organization — not an overcrowded floor where reps compete internally for scraps. Territories are clear, opportunity is abundant, and you’re not stepping on everyone’s toes to win deals. The structure is built for producers.
With strong traffic, high demand, and an uncapped comp plan, earning $200K+ in year one is realistic for motivated sales professionals.
This position requires availability on nights, weekends, and most holidays.
What You’ll Do
- Serve as the face of the community—greet, qualify, and guide prospective homebuyers
- Educate buyers on home plans, features, construction timelines, and energy efficiency
- Lead buyers through the contract, lending, and closing process
- Sell across multiple communities within the Atlanta market
- Drive traffic and generate leads through realtor relationships and community engagement
- Collaborate with internal teams (construction, lending, and marketing)
- Track prospects and sales activity in CRM tools
- Meet and exceed assigned sales targets
What You Bring
- Active real estate license required
- 1–3 years of experience in consultative, high-ticket outside sales (automotive, luxury retail, time share, mobile sales, outside sales, etc.)
- Strong customer-facing communication skills
- Highly self-motivated and competitive mindset
- Comfortable working in a performance-driven, commission-heavy role
- Tech-savvy and adaptable to CRM and contract systems
- Reliable transportation and ability to travel between communities
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
