What You’ll Do
Join a small, high-performing team that manages rebate operations in a pharmaceutical or medical device environment. This independent contributor role processes complex rebate files with a focus on accuracy, consistency, and timely execution. You’ll work remotely with minimal oversight, supporting monthly cycles, managing large data sets, and collaborating cross-functionally to ensure rebate accuracy and compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Process managed care rebates using Excel and Model N (or similar systems)
- Load and validate large rebate files from various sources
- Standardize, clean, and analyze customer formulary and eligibility data
- Investigate and resolve data errors or disputes
- Collaborate with internal rebate teams and occasionally external stakeholders
- Develop and maintain SOPs, templates, and documentation workflows
- Ensure compliance with strict deadlines (rebates can range from $50K–$1M+)
What You Bring
Must-Haves
- 5+ years of experience in pharma or medical device rebate processing
- Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas, data manipulation)
- Familiarity with manual rebate workflows and systems like Model N, Revitas, or Vistex
- Strong attention to detail, consistency, and data integrity
- Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment
Nice-to-Haves
- Experience with data visualization tools (Power BI, Looker, Tableau, Incorta)
- Familiarity with chargebacks, Medicaid/government claims, and wholesaler fees
- Experience implementing or customizing rebate/contract management systems
- Background in small rebate teams or consulting roles in pharma
