Boutique Retail Manager

Location: Kissimmee, FL (On-Site at Luxury Vacation Resort)

Work Setting: Full-time, flexible schedule including weekends and holidays as needed

Compensation: $70,000 - $75,000 annually + up to 15% annual performance bonus


Position Overview

Join a premier retail management company specializing in curated, high-touch shopping experiences within luxury resort environments. This is an opportunity to oversee a boutique retail operation in a high-end vacation resort, offering guests a personalized, elevated shopping experience with a curated selection of apparel, gifts, personalized items, swimwear, sundries, and more.

As the Retail Manager, you will be responsible for all aspects of boutique operations, from managing a small but dynamic team to creating a welcoming, customer-focused atmosphere. Unlike traditional retail environments, this role requires a hands-on leader who thrives in a specialty retail setting, can make independent decisions, and is comfortable engaging directly with guests in a high-touch sales experience.

What You Bring

  • 1-3 years of experience as a retail store manager, ideally in a boutique, hotel gift shop, or specialty retail setting.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to make decisions independently without strict corporate direction.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a small team effectively.
  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills, comfortable engaging directly with guests.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays as needed.
  • Thrives in a high-touch, hospitality-driven retail environment.


What You’ll Do

  • Lead and manage a team, including 1 Assistant Manager, a Supervisor, 4 full-time associates, and additional part-time staff as needed.
  • Engage with guests to create a personalized shopping experience in a boutique setting.
  • Curate product displays and in-store merchandising, making data-driven decisions to enhance the store’s appeal.
  • Oversee daily operations, including inventory management, scheduling, and ensuring seamless boutique functionality.
  • Drive sales and performance, setting and achieving goals while inspiring the team to maximize revenue.
  • Train and develop staff, fostering a culture of service excellence and professional growth.
  • Operate with autonomy, making on-the-spot business decisions and adjusting strategies as needed.
