Location: Kissimmee, FL (On-Site at Luxury Vacation Resort)
Work Setting: Full-time, flexible schedule including weekends and holidays as needed
Compensation: $70,000 - $75,000 annually + up to 15% annual performance bonus

As the Retail Manager, you will be responsible for all aspects of boutique operations, from managing a small but dynamic team to creating a welcoming, customer-focused atmosphere. What You Bring
- 1-3 years of experience as a retail store manager, ideally in a boutique, hotel gift shop, or specialty retail setting.
- Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to make decisions independently without strict corporate direction.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a small team effectively.
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills, comfortable engaging directly with guests.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays as needed.

What You’ll Do
- Lead and manage a team, including 1 Assistant Manager, a Supervisor, 4 full-time associates, and additional part-time staff as needed.
- Engage with guests to create a personalized shopping experience in a boutique setting.
- Curate product displays and in-store merchandising, making data-driven decisions to enhance the store’s appeal.
- Oversee daily operations, including inventory management, scheduling, and ensuring seamless boutique functionality.
- Drive sales and performance, setting and achieving goals while inspiring the team to maximize revenue.
- Train and develop staff, fostering a culture of service excellence and professional growth.
- Operate with autonomy, making on-the-spot business decisions and adjusting strategies as needed.
