A brand-new entertainment destination is opening in Nashville Yards, bringing together cinema, bowling, arcade attractions, and elevated food & beverage service into one high-energy venue. Located in the heart of Nashville’s rapidly growing entertainment district at 931 Church St, this venue will deliver a dynamic, guest-focused experience where entertainment, hospitality, and social connection come together. We are building an energetic, hospitality-focused team to help launch one of Nashville’s newest entertainment venues. Position Overview

Team Members will play a key role in delivering a seamless entertainment and hospitality experience by:

• Providing outstanding service to guests across multiple attractions
• Preparing and serving high-quality food and beverages
• Supporting bowling, arcade, and entertainment activities
• Maintaining clean, safe, and welcoming facilities
• Creating a fun and energetic atmosphere for guests

This is a unique opportunity to join an opening team and help shape the culture and guest experience from day one.

Employment Structure & Scheduling

• Most roles are part-time positions
• Typical schedule: 15–25 hours per week
• Shifts generally run 6–8 hours, with longer shifts on weekends depending on event and entertainment schedules
• Some kitchen and facilities roles may be full-time opportunities

Ideal availability includes:

• At least 2 weekday shifts
• At least 2 weekend shifts
• Minimum 2 closing shifts

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Alcohol-serving roles must meet Tennessee alcohol service requirements
• Food Handler Certification required for BOH and applicable FOH roles
• Alcohol Certification required for bartenders and servers
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
