About the Role
We are seeking a Brand Manager to drive brand strategy and execution for a portfolio of products serving both retail and distribution channels. In this role, you will:

Develop and execute brand plans that align positioning and marketing strategies with business goals

Lead multi-channel campaigns and oversee creative direction for packaging, content, digital, and promotional assets

Partner closely with Sales leadership to support customer programs, go-to-market initiatives, and account-specific activations

Monitor market trends, customer insights, and competitors to inform innovation and strategy

Set KPIs, analyze results, and present insights to senior leadership to optimize investments and drive accountability

Supervise and mentor an Assistant Brand Manager, fostering collaboration and development within the team

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 5–7 years of brand management or marketing experience, preferably in B2B, retail, or distribution environments
- Demonstrated success leading brand strategy and execution with measurable business results
- Strong analytical, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Project management experience (e.g., Monday.com, Asana) and familiarity with marketing automation tools (HubSpot, Pardot, or Salesforce Marketing Cloud)
- Experience overseeing creative and digital deliverables across multiple channels
