This hybrid leadership role offers the opportunity to own and grow established brands while building new marketing processes from the ground up. About the Role

We are seeking a Brand Manager to drive brand strategy and execution for a portfolio of products serving both retail and distribution channels. In this role, you will:

  • Develop and execute brand plans that align positioning and marketing strategies with business goals
  • Lead multi-channel campaigns and oversee creative direction for packaging, content, digital, and promotional assets
  • Partner closely with Sales leadership to support customer programs, go-to-market initiatives, and account-specific activations
  • Monitor market trends, customer insights, and competitors to inform innovation and strategy
  • Set KPIs, analyze results, and present insights to senior leadership to optimize investments and drive accountability
  • Supervise and mentor an Assistant Brand Manager, fostering collaboration and development within the team

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (MBA preferred)
  • 5–7 years of brand management or marketing experience, preferably in B2B, retail, or distribution environments
  • Demonstrated success leading brand strategy and execution with measurable business results
  • Strong analytical, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills
  • Project management experience (e.g., Monday.com, Asana) and familiarity with marketing automation tools (HubSpot, Pardot, or Salesforce Marketing Cloud)
  • Experience overseeing creative and digital deliverables across multiple channels
