A premium cinema and dine-in bistro concept is opening a new location in Charlottesville, VA (Downtown Mall – 200 W Main St).

This entertainment-driven venue blends first-run films, elevated food and beverage offerings, and a vibrant hospitality atmosphere to create a one-of-a-kind guest experience.

With 6–7 theaters, including 3 dine-in auditoriums, the venue is designed to deliver exceptional service in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. The team is now hiring approximately 60 team members to support the grand opening.

Position Overview

Team Members will help deliver a seamless dine-in cinema experience by:

  • Providing exceptional guest service in theaters and dining areas
  • Preparing and serving high-quality food and beverages
  • Maintaining clean, safe, and welcoming spaces
  • Supporting smooth operations during peak film schedules
  • Contributing to a positive, team-first culture

This is a unique opportunity to join an opening team and help shape the guest experience from day one.


Employment Structure & Scheduling Expectations

  • Majority of roles are part-time
  • Typical schedule: 15–25 hours per week
  • Shifts generally range 6–8 hours (longer on weekends depending on film schedule)
  • Kitchen roles may be considered for full-time

Ideal Availability:

  • At least 2 weekday shifts
  • At least 2 weekend shifts
  • Minimum 2 closing shifts
  • Flexibility for evenings, weekends, and holidays


Qualifications

  • Must be 18+ for most positions
  • Alcohol-serving roles must meet state requirements
  • Food Handler Certification required for BOH and applicable FOH roles
  • Alcohol Certification required for Bartenders and Servers
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced hospitality environment


Leadership candidates should have prior supervisory experience and strong team development skills.
