Position Title: Employee Benefits Sales Consultant

Pay Rate: $100,000 – $150,000 base salary, plus 40% commission on new business and 25% residuals on renewals (top performers earn $500K–$850K+)

This fully remote role offers autonomy to manage your territory while leveraging strong organizational support and dedicated service teams. You will build and manage referral networks, prospect and engage HR and finance leaders at mid-market companies, and act as a trusted consultant delivering tailored benefits solutions across insurance, retirement, and technology platforms. Core responsibilities include generating new business, developing referral relationships, presenting strategic benefits solutions, collaborating with internal teams for seamless implementation, and ensuring ongoing client satisfaction. The role combines entrepreneurial independence with uncapped commissions, long-term residuals, and performance incentives.
