Location: Olive Branch, MS

Compensation: $56,000 to $70,000 + OT

Schedules Available:

6:00am/8:00am to 2:30pm/4:30p - 1st shift

4:00pm to 1:30am - 2nd shift (Replenishment / Put Away Audits / Outbound Shipping)

Education: High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree in a related field is a plus.

Required Experience:

  • 1 to 3 years’ experience in a supervisory position.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Safety Oversight: Enforce safety policies and procedures in the warehouse environment. Maintain a strong commitment to safety by documenting and assessing incidents, including near misses, and implementing corrective actions to prevent future occurrences.
  • Operational Management: Supervise daily workflows to ensure adherence to safety, quality, and productivity standards. Monitor attendance and performance to ensure all targets are met consistently, achieving daily and weekly area objectives.
  • Leadership & People Management: Lead, motivate, and manage a team of warehouse associates. Foster a collaborative, inclusive, and respectful work environment. Proactively address and resolve conflicts, demonstrating courage and professionalism in interactions with team members.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify operational challenges and collaborate with team members to implement sustainable solutions. Drive continuous improvement initiatives that enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.
  • Communication & Interpersonal Skills: Maintain effective communication with team members, other departments, and leadership. Ensure that key information is clearly conveyed, fostering strong working relationships across all levels of the organization.
  • Problem-Solving & Decision-Making: Proactively assess operational issues, analyze root causes, and implement solutions that improve warehouse operations and performance. Make informed decisions that align with organizational goals and improve overall warehouse productivity.
