Travel: Minimal (domestic & international)
Compensation: $130,000 – $140,000 base salary + 20% annual bonus

What You’ll Do
- Develop and implement sourcing strategies for indirect procurement categories, including supplies, packaging, chemicals, and uniforms
- Lead contract negotiations to drive cost savings, improve margin, and ensure strong supplier performance
- Manage a vendor base spanning the U.S., Canada, and select international markets
- Oversee OpEx budgets and contribute to broader P&L goals
- Lead a small team focused on pricing accuracy, compliance, and vendor onboarding
- Partner cross-functionally with Marketing, Operations, Demand Planning, and Store Leadership
- Establish scalable systems for sourcing, contract management, and supplier scorecarding
- Monitor market trends, supply chain risks, and sustainability opportunities
What You Bring
- 5+ years of strategic sourcing or procurement experience, ideally within hospitality, retail, or multi-site operations
- Demonstrated expertise in indirect categories such as packaging, chemicals, uniforms, or other spend areas
- Strong financial acumen, with experience driving savings and managing OpEx
- Proven vendor negotiation and relationship management skills
- Experience leading small teams and influencing cross-functional stakeholders
- Familiarity with sourcing systems or ERP tools (SAP, Oracle, D365, etc.)
- Bachelor’s degree preferred (Supply Chain, Business, or related field)
