About the Role
We are seeking a Civil Engineer to join the Glenwood Springs, CO office. In this role, you will:

Draft and design civil engineering plans with strong CAD proficiency

Support site development projects, including grading and drainage design

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Engineer-in-Training (EIT) certification preferred
- 2–3 years of civil engineering experience
- Strong drafting and CAD proficiency (must have)
- Site development, grading, and drainage experience preferred
