Compensation: $70,000 – $95,000 annually + company vehicle + discretionary bonuses + comprehensive benefits

About the Role

With roots in Colorado’s Roaring Fork Valley since the early 1980s, our Glenwood Springs office is known for tackling complex engineering challenges unique to the western slope’s mountain environment. As a Civil Engineer, you will bring 2–3 years of experience to a role focused on drafting, CAD, and technical design work. You will support projects in site development, grading, and drainage while gaining hands-on exposure to the region’s slope stability and geotechnical considerations. Key Responsibilities

• Draft and design civil engineering plans with strong CAD proficiency.
• Contribute to site development projects, including grading and drainage design.
• Collaborate with engineers and project managers to deliver accurate, timely work.
• Prepare technical drawings, models, and reports to support project execution.
• Ensure compliance with applicable standards, codes, and client requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Engineer-in-Training (EIT) certification required.
• 2–3 years of civil engineering experience.
• Strong drafting and CAD experience (must have).
• Site development, grading, and drainage experience preferred.
