About the Role

We are seeking a Civil Engineer to join the Glenwood Springs, CO office. In this role, you will:

  • Draft and design civil engineering plans with strong CAD proficiency
  • Support site development projects, including grading and drainage design
  • Collaborate with engineers and project managers to deliver accurate, timely work
  • Prepare technical drawings, models, and reports to support project execution
  • Ensure compliance with applicable standards, codes, and client requirements

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field
  • Engineer-in-Training (EIT) certification preferred
  • 2–3 years of civil engineering experience
  • Strong drafting and CAD proficiency (must have)
  • Site development, grading, and drainage experience preferred
