Position Summary
The Senior Human Resources Business Partner serves as a strategic partner to assigned business leaders, aligning HR strategy with organizational objectives to drive performance, engagement, and growth. This role blends high-level strategic thinking with hands-on execution, requiring a leader who can influence senior stakeholders while also navigating complex employee relations matters and operational HR initiatives. The Sr. HRBP will champion company culture and values, diagnose organizational challenges, deliver data-driven recommendations, and implement practical solutions that support business success.
What You’ll Do
- Build influential partnerships with middle and senior management to execute HR strategies that drive organizational effectiveness
- Translate business objectives into actionable HR strategies and plans
- Serve as a trusted advisor and thought leader on people and organizational topics
- Coach leaders on performance management, feedback, employee development, and career pathing
- Partner with Centers of Excellence (COEs) to implement HR policies, procedures, and programs consistently
- Collaborate with Talent Acquisition and Finance on workforce planning, critical role identification, and succession planning
- Lead new HR initiatives from business case development through execution and measurement
- Resolve complex employee relations matters using sound judgment and appropriate investigative techniques
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and internal policies
- Promote engagement, culture alignment, and organizational development initiatives
What You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 8+ years of progressive HR experience
- 3+ years of demonstrated experience in an HR Business Partner or HR client-facing role
- Strong HR functional expertise across multiple disciplines
- Proven ability to lead change management initiatives
- Experience resolving complex employee relations issues
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to provide data-driven recommendations
- Familiarity with employment laws and HR best practices
- Experience working with HR systems
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Preferred Qualifications
- PHR or SHRM certification
- Global HR experience
- Experience aligning HR goals and objectives with broader business strategies
- Ability to manage multiple complex initiatives simultaneously
