The Role


We are seeking a Compliance / Quality Manager (Part 147) to join the Quality Customer Services function.


This role focuses on ensuring compliance with aviation training regulations and maintaining high-quality standards across training and operational activities.


Key Responsibilities


1. Compliance & Quality Monitoring (Part 147)

  • Maintain and update applicable documentation (e.g. exposition manuals)
  • Conduct audits in line with Part 147 and Part 66 regulations
  • Support staff qualification processes
  • Act as a point of contact for regulatory authorities
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives (non-conformance management, lessons learned, etc.)
  • Manage change control activities


2. Regulatory Monitoring

  • Analyse updates to relevant aviation regulations (EASA and international where applicable)
  • Update internal documentation accordingly
  • Deliver training to staff on regulatory changes


3. Internal Process Management (EN/AS9100)

  • Coordinate internal processes linked to aviation approvals
  • Lead quarterly process reviews


4. Compliance Support

  • Support compliance activities related to training organisations and simulators
  • Assist with internal and external audits


Candidate Profile

  • Minimum 5+ years’ experience within a Part 147 organisation
  • Strong knowledge of EASA regulations (Part 147, Part 66, CAMO, Part M, Part 145)
  • Qualified auditor
  • 10+ years’ experience in the aerospace industry
  • Strong organisational skills with a pragmatic, autonomous approach
  • Flexible and detail-oriented mindset
