Phoenix SC is recruiting on behalf of one of Europe's leading MRO providers for experienced EASA B1 and/or B2 Licensed Engineers to join their expanding maintenance teams across multiple locations in France.

Working within a professional Part-145 maintenance environment, you will carry out line maintenance activities while ensuring the highest standards of safety, quality, and regulatory compliance.
Key Responsibilities
• Perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance on B737 NG/MAX and/or A320 CEO/NEO aircraft.
• Certify maintenance tasks in accordance with EASA Part-66 licence privileges.
• Diagnose and rectify aircraft defects using approved maintenance data.
• Ensure all maintenance activities are completed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with company and EASA regulations.
• Complete all maintenance documentation accurately and within required timescales.
• Work collaboratively with engineering, planning, and operational teams to maximise aircraft availability.
• Maintain the highest standards of safety, quality, and operational excellence.
Requirements
• Valid EASA Part-66 B1 and/or B2 Licence.
• Current type rating on B737 NG/MAX and/or A320 CEO/NEO.
• Recent hands-on experience carrying out line maintenance activies on the relevant aircraft type(s).
• Strong understanding of EASA Part-145 maintenance procedures.
• Excellent troubleshooting and fault-finding skills.
• Ability to work effectively within a fast-paced, multicultural maintenance environment.
• Strong communication skills and a proactive approach to safety and quality.
