About the Role


The world of aircraft maintenance is continuously evolving, with increasing use of advanced technologies such as drone inspections, AI-driven diagnostics, and specialised inspection tools. Phoenix is seeking skilled Aircraft Maintenance Technicians who are comfortable working in a modern, fast-paced maintenance environment, particularly on Embraer 170/190 aircraft.


The Opportunity


As an Aircraft Maintenance Technician, no two days are the same. Your work will range from scheduled maintenance in the hangar to providing technical support and responding to operational requirements as needed. Flexibility and adaptability are key, as you will regularly shift between different tasks and environments.


You will be part of a collaborative team where knowledge-sharing and problem-solving are central to daily operations. Together, you will ensure that all maintenance activities are completed efficiently and to the highest standards.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Perform and certify repair and modification activities independently
  • Lead mechanics and supervise maintenance work carried out by the team
  • Conduct inspections, troubleshooting, repairs, and modifications on Embraer 170/190 aircraft
  • Complete all required administrative tasks in compliance with aviation regulations
  • Contribute to the technical reliability, punctuality, and availability of aircraft
  • Support operational requirements, including work outside standard environments when necessary

You are a proactive and technically skilled professional who takes ownership of your work. You are confident working independently while also contributing effectively within a team. You are adaptable, detail-oriented, and committed to maintaining the highest safety and quality standards.


What You Bring:


  • Valid B1.1 or B1.1/B2 Aircraft Maintenance License (AML)
  • Experience working on Embraer 170/190 aircraft is highly desirable
  • Aircraft type ratings are advantageous
  • Strong knowledge of aviation regulations (e.g. EASA framework)
  • Experience within an aircraft maintenance environment
  • Good command of English, both written and spoken
