This is a brilliant opportunity for someone looking to grow into a senior paraplanner or adviser role, with full support every step of the way.

🔍 What You’ll Be Doing

• Assisting in the preparation of financial plans, reports, and recommendations
• Researching investment, pension, and protection products
• Drafting suitability reports in line with compliance guidance
• Liaising with providers and clients to ensure accurate data and delivery
• Supporting advisers with admin and client casework

✅ What We’re Looking For

• Currently working in financial services in an admin/support role
• Working towards or recently completed Level 4 Diploma in Financial Planning (CII or equivalent)
• Strong attention to detail and a keen willingness to learn
• Confident communicator with great organisational skills
• Familiar with financial planning software (e.g., Xplan)
