Location: Warwickshire Hybrid

Salary:35k-40k DOE

About the Role:

We are seeking a proactive and experienced Level 4-qualified Paraplanner with a minimum of 2 years of experience in financial services to join our growing team. In this role, you will be providing essential support to two Financial Advisors, assisting with 5-10 new client cases per month. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with high-caliber professionals in a fast-paced environment with consistent client engagement.

Key Responsibilities:  

- Conduct in-depth research, analysis, and preparation of client reports  

- Draft suitability letters and create tailored financial plans  

- Manage new client onboarding, helping with application processes, and documentation  

- Support client review meetings, assisting in tracking and reporting on clients’ portfolios  

- Collaborate closely with advisors to provide seamless client service  

- Ensure regulatory compliance and the accuracy of documentation  

Requirements: 

- Level 4 qualification in Financial Planning 

- Minimum of 2 years of paraplanning experience  

- Excellent communication and analytical skills  

- Strong organizational skills, with a keen eye for detail and client-centric approach
