Job Title: Financial Planning Assistant/Paraplanner (1-1 with High-Producing Advisor)

Location: Finchley, North London (Hybrid – Min. 2 days in office)

Salary: £45,000 (Negotiable for exceptional candidates) + Benefits

The Opportunity

Are you a technically minded Paraplanner who thrives in a fast-paced environment? We are looking for a dedicated, Level 4 qualified professional to work on a direct 1-1 basis with one of our most successful and high-producing Financial Advisors.

This isn’t a "back-office" processing role; you will be the Advisor’s right-hand person, managing a sophisticated client base and ensuring that the advice process remains seamless, compliant, and highly efficient.

The Role

• Technical Report Writing: Preparing high-quality suitability reports across Pensions, Investments, and Protection.
• Research & Analysis: Conducting deep-dive research into products and funds to support complex financial strategies.
• 1-1 Collaboration: Managing the Advisor's pipeline, prepping for client meetings, and acting as the primary technical point of contact.
• Fast-Paced Delivery: Handling high volumes of business without compromising on attention to detail or compliance standards.
• Holistic Planning: Utilizing cash-flow modelling and strategic planning to provide a 360-degree service to HNW clients.

About You

• Qualified: Must hold the Level 4 Diploma in Financial Planning.
• Ambitious: A clear desire to progress toward Level 6/Chartered status.
• Experienced: At least 2 years of experience in a Paraplanning role, ideally within an IFA or wealth management environment.
• Agile: You are comfortable working under pressure and can pivot quickly as the Advisor’s diary shifts.
• Local: Able to commute to our Finchley office at least 2 days per week.
