Junior Financial Adviser – Staffordshire / West Midlands Border

Salary: £35,000 + Commission

Client Bank: Ready-made portfolio of around 50 clients

Requirements: Level 4 Diploma in Financial Planning (minimum)

Are you a Level 4 qualified Paraplanner ready to make the step into advice — but want the confidence of joining a firm that will set you up for success?

This is an incredible opportunity to join a respected Wealth Management practice based on the Staffordshire / West Midlands border, with a ready-made client bank of around 50 loyal clients waiting for you.

You’ll be stepping into an established business that values professionalism, integrity, and client care — not KPI-chasing. You’ll receive full support, mentoring, and the autonomy to build trusted relationships and grow your book organically.

🔍 The Role:

• Take over an existing client bank and provide holistic financial advice.
• Deliver ongoing reviews, suitability assessments, and tailored planning solutions.
• Build long-term relationships with clients and identify new opportunities for growth.
• Work closely with paraplanners and administrators to ensure a smooth client journey.

✅ What You’ll Need:

• Level 4 Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning (CII or equivalent).
• Previous experience as a Paraplanner or within financial planning support.
• Excellent communication skills and a genuine passion for helping clients achieve their goals.
• A proactive mindset and the confidence to manage client relationships independently.
