We’re working with a long-established, independent wealth management firm that has been enriching lives for almost 40 years. Built on values of trust, clarity, and client-centred excellence, they pride themselves on delivering high-quality financial advice and service, underpinned by a collaborative and values-driven team culture.

The Opportunity:

As Client Support Administrator, you’ll play a critical role in supporting Financial Planners and ensuring a smooth, compliant client journey from start to finish. You’ll be the first point of contact for clients and providers, and a vital link between the advisory and back-office functions.

This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in a detail-focused, client-driven environment—and who’s looking for a firm that will support their long-term career development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process new business applications and liaise with product providers to ensure accuracy
  • Support client review preparation, valuations, and servicing
  • Maintain client data across platforms and ensure regulatory compliance
  • Provide high-quality administrative support post-meeting
  • Assist with suitability reports, cashflow planning, and use of client portals
  • Contribute to ongoing improvements, business projects, and system upgrades

About You:

Essential:

  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage deadlines and priorities
  • Confident IT user with excellent accuracy and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

Desirable:

  • Experience in a Financial Planning or Wealth Management firm
  • Certificate in Financial Administration (or equivalent)
  • Familiarity with Intelliflo Office or Openwork's ConcertHub

What’s on Offer:

  • Salary: £30,000–£35,000 depending on experience
  • Hybrid Working: 1 day WFH + flexible working for appointments
  • Holiday: 23 days + bank holidays (with holiday purchase scheme)
  • Private Medical Insurance (after probation)
  • Pension: 5% employer contribution via salary exchange
  • Career Development: Funded qualifications and study support
  • Staff Discounts & Referral Scheme

If you're ready to join a firm that genuinely puts clients and staff at the heart of what they do, this could be the role for you.
