Executive Assistant – Wealth Management


Location: South Florida (Hybrid)


Compensation: $85,000–$110,000 base + performance bonus + full benefits

About the Role:


We’re seeking a top-tier Executive Assistant to support a senior leader at the firm. This person plays a vital role in helping the executive stay focused, organized, and ahead of schedule. The ideal candidate will bring both professionalism and warmth, thrive in a high-performing environment, and be comfortable managing both business and personal matters with complete discretion.



Key Responsibilities:


  • Manage dynamic calendars, schedules, and travel arrangements (domestic and international)
  • Act as gatekeeper and liaison, representing the executive with internal and external stakeholders
  • Prepare meeting materials, handle follow-ups, and track key action items
  • Coordinate both business and personal tasks — including travel, reservations, errands, and vendor management
  • Draft and respond to correspondence on behalf of the executive
  • Maintain and update confidential documents, expense reports, and key project timelines
  • Anticipate needs and proactively solve issues before they arise



What You Bring:


  • 5+ years supporting a senior executive, preferably in financial or professional services
  • High level of discretion, integrity, and professionalism
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Confidence navigating complex schedules and high expectations
  • Tech-savvy with proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
  • Able to work independently and prioritize in a fast-moving environment
