Compensation: $90k-$105K depending on experience
Our client is an established and growing wealth management practice seeking an experienced Service Advisor to work closely with lead advisors and support the ongoing financial planning and relationship management needs of an established client base.

What You’ll Do:
- Serve as a second chair to lead advisors in client meetings
- Gather and analyze client financial information
- Prepare financial planning analyses across retirement, investments, insurance, estate planning, tax planning, and cash flow
- Develop planning recommendations and presentation materials for client meetings
- Review financial plans for accuracy, completeness, and alignment with client goals
- Update financial plans as client circumstances and objectives change
- Document meeting notes, action items, and follow-up activities
- Serve as a point of contact for client questions and ongoing service needs
- Maintain regular communication with clients and help ensure planning recommendations are implemented
- Assist with portfolio analysis and investment reviews
- Monitor client accounts and identify potential planning opportunities
- Support the implementation of investment, insurance, and risk management strategies
- Coordinate with internal specialists and outside professionals when appropriate
- Maintain accurate client records and documentation within planning and CRM systems
- Help ensure client needs, follow-up items, and deliverables stay on track
- Contribute to process improvements that enhance the overall client experience
What We’re Looking For:
- 4–6 years of wealth management, financial planning, or related financial services experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field
- Series 7 and Series 63 (or equivalent)
- Life & Health Insurance License
- Experience working directly with clients in a wealth management or advisory environment
- Experience preparing, updating, or contributing to comprehensive financial plans
- Strong understanding of retirement, investments, insurance, estate, tax, and cash flow planning concepts
- Comfortable participating in client meetings and discussing financial planning strategies
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and follow-through
