Our client, a growing wealth management firm, is seeking a dynamic and adaptable Practice Manager/Operations Manager. This individual will be key in managing day-to-day operations while bringing fresh ideas to support the firm’s growth. The ideal candidate will be proactive, resourceful, and capable of anticipating the needs of the team and the business as it expands. 

This role is a perfect fit for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys a mix of strategic and hands-on responsibilities.



Key Responsibilities


  • Manage daily operations and ensure smooth functioning of all administrative tasks.
  • Collaborate with leadership to develop and implement growth strategies and operational improvements.
  • Oversee the firm's IT systems, ensuring they meet the firm's needs, and liaise with IT service providers to address issues and implement updates. 
  • Ensure that the firm is up-to-date with the latest industry practices, technology solutions, and market trends.
  • Assist in project management and execution of key initiatives.
  • Maintain strong vendor relationships, technology providers and partners, oversee office-related procurement and contracts. 
  • Support advisors with meeting preparation, client onboarding and offboarding, and ensure client service standards are met. 
  • Track key performance metrics and create reports to assist with decision-making.
  • Develop processes and systems that support the scalability of the firm.



Qualifications


  • 5+ years of experience in operations management, preferably within wealth management or financial services.
  • Strong organizational and leadership skills with a proven track record of managing both people and projects.
  • Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach; comfortable managing both day-to-day tasks and long-term projects.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong working relationships with team members and clients.
  • Experience with CRM systems and financial planning software is a plus.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and anticipate business needs.



Compensation


The salary range for this position is $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience.
