Compensation: $60,000 – $80,000 base
Overview:
Our client is a growing boutique wealth management firm focused on delivering comprehensive, relationship-driven financial planning. They are seeking an Associate Service Advisor to support the advisory team and help deliver a high-quality, detail-driven client experience.
This is not a purely administrative role. This person will sit at the center of client relationships, supporting preparation, execution, and follow-through. The ideal candidate is highly detail-oriented, intellectually curious, and thrives in an environment where expectations are high and precision matters.
This role offers strong visibility into the full wealth management process and creates a path toward deeper advisory responsibility over time.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Experience & Execution:
- Serve as a primary point of contact for client service needs
- Ensure timely, accurate, and thoughtful responses to client requests
- Manage follow-through and coordinate across internal and external partners
- Maintain detailed and accurate client records and documentation
Advisor & Meeting Support:
- Prepare meeting materials, reports, and agendas
- Participate in client meetings and capture key takeaways
- Ensure all action items and next steps are executed
- Support advisors in delivering a consistent, high-quality experience
Operations & Internal Coordination:
- Assist with servicing investment and risk management strategies
- Support account maintenance and insurance coordination
- Partner with team members to ensure workflows are completed without gaps
- Identify and contribute to process improvements
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities
- High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Clear and professional communication skills (written and verbal)
- Ability to operate with discretion and maintain confidentiality
- Self-motivated with strong ownership and follow-through
Preferred:
- 3–5+ years of experience in wealth management or financial services
- Familiarity with financial planning concepts, investments, or insurance
- Life & Health license and/or Series licenses (6, 63, 65, 66, 7) are a plus
- Experience with CRM systems and Microsoft Office / Google Suite
