LOCATION: Seattle, WA (Hybrid Considered)


COMPENSATION: $85K-105K Base Salary + Benefits

As the firm continues to grow, they are seeking an organized, motivated, and client-focused Private Wealth Management Associate to join their collaborative team. This role is ideal for a licensed wealth management professional who enjoys building client relationships, supporting comprehensive financial planning, and ensuring an exceptional client experience throughout every stage of the client journey.


Working closely with Advisors and fellow team members, this individual will play a key role in financial planning, investment operations, insurance servicing, and ongoing client relationship management while contributing to the continued growth and success of the practice.



Key Responsibilities:


Client Relationship Management & Financial Planning:


  • Build and maintain strong client relationships through proactive communication and exceptional service
  • Serve as a trusted resource for client questions and ongoing service needs
  • Participate in client meetings, present designated planning materials, and document meeting notes and action items
  • Prepare for client meetings by reviewing financial information and identifying planning opportunities
  • Assist Advisors with developing and maintaining comprehensive financial plans
  • Monitor post-meeting action items to ensure timely follow-up and execution
  • Maintain accurate client records and financial planning documentation



Investment Operations & Account Management:


  • Facilitate new account openings and client onboarding
  • Process mutual fund, ETF, and advisory account transactions
  • Manage wire transfers, ACH requests, and other account servicing activities
  • Monitor account transfers and funding to ensure timely completion
  • Assist with advisory account maintenance, proposal updates, and ongoing account reviews
  • Ensure all operational activities meet compliance requirements and firm standards



Insurance Planning Support:


  • Prepare and process life, disability, and long-term care insurance applications
  • Coordinate policy servicing, changes, and conversions
  • Schedule underwriting requirements, including medical and paramedical exams
  • Work directly with insurance carriers and clients to facilitate successful policy implementation



Client Service & Team Collaboration:


  • Deliver responsive, professional service that enhances the client experience
  • Resolve client service requests and escalate complex matters when appropriate
  • Coordinate client review meetings and prospective client appointments
  • Partner closely with Advisors and team members to support firm initiatives and client needs
  • Identify opportunities to improve workflows and operational efficiency
  • Contribute to process improvements that enhance consistency, scalability, and client service across the practice



Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree required
  • 3–5 years of wealth management, investment brokerage operations, or financial planning support experience
  • FINRA Series 66 (or Series 63 & 65) required; Series 7 preferred
  • Washington State Insurance License or willingness to obtain within 90 days of hire
  • Strong understanding of investment operations, financial planning, and compliance best practices
  • Excellent client relationship, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail and follow-through
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel
  • Experience with CRM systems, financial planning software, custodial platforms, and wealth management technology
  • Self-motivated, collaborative, and committed to delivering an exceptional client experience



Compensation & Benefits:


  • Competitive base salary of $85K-$105K, depending on experience, licenses, and qualifications
