Recruiting & Marketing Specialist
About the Company:
Our client is a growing financial services practice focused on building meaningful relationships with clients and growing through strategic recruiting. They are seeking a Recruiting & Marketing Specialist to lead outreach, recruiting, and marketing initiatives that strengthen the firm’s brand and attract new talent.
Position Overview:
This role blends recruiting and marketing responsibilities. The Specialist will manage campaigns, drive social media efforts, and help execute appreciation and branding initiatives. The ideal candidate is approachable, organized, and proactive, with strong communication and creative skills.
Responsibilities:
- Recruit and onboard approximately four new hires per year
- Build and manage candidate pipelines using LinkedIn Sales Navigator and feedlists
- Develop and manage social media content to attract talent and enhance brand visibility
- Plan and execute client and candidate appreciation events
- Track recruiting and marketing KPIs and report regularly to leadership
- Collaborate on messaging, branding, and marketing campaigns
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of recruiting, marketing, or related experience
- Strong communication and social media skills
- Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator and sourcing tools
- Friendly, approachable, and self-motivated
- Organized with strong attention to detail
- Based in or able to commute to Ellicott City, MD
Compensation:
- $70,000–$85,000 base salary
- Performance bonuses based on hires and marketing results
