The tech challenge is huge: building systems for real-time context ingestion, identity resolution, intent modeling, and agent coordination at scale, across infra, graph systems, and applied ML.
Who We Are
The founder has spent the last decade scaling startups from 0 to hundreds of millions of users, leading growth, ops, and product — early at Rappi ($7B) and Lazada (acquired by Alibaba for $1B). The team is 4 people, 3 out of 4 are ex-founders. Since launching in 2023, the team has built multiple products used by 2M+ people, reaching the top of the App Store several times. The company has raised $8M from leading investors including Sequoia, Khosla Ventures, and OpenAI, and currently has 250,000+ people on the waitlist. A leading venture investor is personally involved in the company.
About the Role
We are looking for a Founding CTO, someone who wants to be the company's technical co-pilot. You will start hands-on, ship fast, and own the core architecture. As the company scales, you will be in charge of building the engineering team in SF.
This is not a VP Engineering role. We do not want someone who manages from a distance. We want someone who codes every day, is obsessed with what is happening on the bleeding edge, and has the potential to coach and grow a team around them. You will own the technical vision, partner directly with the founder on product and company decisions, and build the foundation that scales from 0 to 10M+ users.
