What You’ll Be Doing:

• Originate second liens and HELOCs (plus first mortgages as needed).
• Engage with warm inbound leads and manage your pipeline through our CRM.
• Assess borrowers’ needs and recommend the best loan options to fit their goals.
• Maintain full compliance with state/federal guidelines.
• Build long-term client relationships and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
• Consistently hit or exceed monthly funding goals.

What You Bring:

• 2+ years of mortgage origination experience (second liens/HELOCs preferred).
• Active NMLS license (multi-state licensing is a strong plus).
• Deep understanding of Non-QM and agency loan products.
• Strong communicator and listener—you ask the right questions to uncover true borrower needs.
• Proven performance in a consumer direct or call center sales environment.
• Driven, adaptable, and ready to help build something new.
