About the Role

As an Executive Search Consultant at ESG Talent, you will be responsible for leading high-level recruitment projects, engaging with senior ESG and sustainability professionals, and delivering tailored search solutions to our clients. You will act as a trusted advisor to both clients and candidates, ensuring alignment of people, purpose, and performance in line with ESG Talent’s mission.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end executive search assignments, from client briefing to candidate placement.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with client stakeholders, including HR leaders, C-suite executives, and hiring managers.
• Conduct in-depth market research and talent mapping in ESG, sustainability, and related industries.
• Assess candidates’ skills, experiences, and motivations through interviews and assessments.
• Prepare candidate profiles, market insights, and shortlists for client presentations.
• Guide clients and candidates through the hiring process, including interview preparation, feedback, and offer negotiation.
• Contribute to the development of ESG Talent’s knowledge base and best practices.
• Collaborate with the sourcing team to ensure effective pipeline management and delivery.

Key Requirements

• Proven experience in executive search, headhunting, or recruitment (preferably within ESG, sustainability, or related sectors).
• Strong business acumen and ability to consult senior-level stakeholders.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to manage multiple assignments with professionalism and attention to detail.
• Passion for ESG, sustainability, and the future of responsible business.
