Position Summary

The Sourcing Specialist will play a critical role in identifying, engaging, and qualifying top ESG and sustainability professionals across global markets. This position requires a strong ability to research, map, and attract both active and passive candidates, supporting the delivery of high-quality executive search services to our clients.

Reports To: Managing Director / Head of Business Development

Key Responsibilities

• Proactively source, identify, and engage ESG professionals (mid-to-senior level) using LinkedIn, databases, industry associations, referrals, and other channels.
• Build and maintain candidate pipelines for ongoing and future executive search mandates.
• Conduct market mapping and research to identify talent pools, industry trends, and competitor organizations.
• Screen candidate profiles and conduct initial qualification interviews to assess skills, experience, and cultural fit (optional).
• Collaborate with Consultants and Managing Director to shortlist candidates for client presentations.
• Maintain accurate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and ensure data integrity.
• Support employer branding and candidate engagement initiatives by representing ESG Talent professionally in the market.
• Contribute to knowledge-sharing by tracking ESG talent trends, certifications, and emerging skills.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Sustainability, or a related field (preferred).
• 2–4 years of experience in talent sourcing, recruitment, or executive search. Prior experience in ESG, sustainability, or impact-driven sectors is a strong advantage.
• Demonstrated success in candidate sourcing and engagement using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and other sourcing tools.
• Strong research, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote, global team environment.
• Passion for ESG, sustainability, and making a positive impact through talent.
