The Role
Reporting to the Head of Compliance & Safety, you will provide administrative and operational support across compliance records, authorisations, and approvals, ensuring everything is maintained in line with regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare, issue, renew, and cancel Personal Authorisation Certificates
- Monitor the validity and status of Personal Authorisation Certificates
- Maintain the Approval and Licence Database and Stamp Control List
- Support the issue, monitoring, and cancellation of stamps
- Perform day-to-day compliance and safety administrative tasks
- Compile compliance and safety reports for management
- Liaise with engineers, management, and other stakeholders as required
What We're Looking For
Essential:
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Excellent attention to detail and strong organisational skills
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to liaise professionally with engineering staff and management
- Ability to manage confidential and regulated data accurately
Desirable:
- Previous experience in an aviation or other regulated environment
- Awareness of EASA/UK Part-145 requirements

Hours 9 to 5 (possible option of 8 to 4 also)
Hybrid work 2 days in office and 3 days at.
