Job Description:
We are part of a European-based network, providing records services to MRO (Maintenance, Repair, and Overhaul) facilities. The core functions include reviewing supplied documentation to ensure compliance with OEM (Original Engine Manufacturer), airworthiness standards, and customer requirements.
This role requires coordination with colleagues across different departments to ensure timely engine inductions and departures. Key responsibilities include managing incoming and outgoing documentation, maintaining IT systems like the Engine Documentation Control Centre (EDCC), and generating standardised outgoing documentation packs. The position demands high attention to detail, swift response times, and strong communication with stakeholders. Comprehensive on-the-job training will be provided.
Overall Responsibilities:
- Manage customer-supplied documentation for engine slots across MRO facilities.
- Create and manage structured documentation files.
- Update record systems and prepare weekly tracker reports.
- Review and verify customer documentation, resolving any discrepancies with customers or external parties.
- Interpret and apply OEM manuals and service documentation to analyse life-limited cycle restrictions on LLPs.
- Stay updated on new and critical airworthiness directives relevant to the role.
- Use specialised databases for live and archived engine/component records.
- Review shop documentation for completeness and accuracy to ensure timely engine releases.
- Support the development of new IT systems related to technical records management.
- Collaborate with other engineering and technical records teams to meet customer requirements.

- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Outlook, etc.) due to the IT-based nature of the role.
- Knowledge of aircraft and/or aircraft engines is an advantage.
