Brand Account Director – Social & Integrated Creative
Our recruiting team is partnered with a leading creative and production studio in Los Angeles to hire a Brand Account Director for their Social group. This studio is known for culture-shaping work across entertainment, tech, gaming, and major consumer brands, with strategy, creative, and production under one roof.
We are looking for a social-first agency leader who can own a flagship technology client, guide the work, and partner closely with senior stakeholders.
The Opportunity
In this role, you will be the strategic and operational lead for a high-profile social account, while also touching additional projects in entertainment, gaming, and related categories. You will:
- Own client relationships for a marquee technology brand and act as their primary senior contact.
- Lead social and brand strategy that connects business goals to clear content and campaign plans.
- Oversee the full social ecosystem, including calendars, community management, reporting, content creation, and culture-driven initiatives.
- Partner with creative, strategy, production, and project management to ensure the work is cohesive, on brief, and creatively excellent.
- Guide and support an Account Supervisor and Project Manager dedicated to the account.
- Manage scopes, budgets, staffing, timelines, and overall account health.
- Identify organic growth opportunities and help shape future work and case studies.

Work in a hybrid structure with at least two in-office days weekly in Los Angeles and occasional travel to Northern California for client meetings and productions.
What You Will Do Day to Day
- Turn client goals into smart, social-first plans that balance evergreen content, launches, and reactive cultural moments.
- Write and refine briefs, give clear feedback, and stay close to the creative and production process from idea through delivery.
- Lead key client meetings and presentations, bringing a confident, informed point of view.
- Keep teams aligned on priorities, timelines, and deliverables while maintaining a high creative bar.
- Monitor performance and partner with strategy and analytics teams to share clear insights and recommendations.
Ideal Background
Experience
- 7 to 10 years in account management at a creative, digital, social, or entertainment agency.
- Proven track record leading social-first and integrated campaigns, ideally for tech, entertainment, gaming, or culturally relevant brands.
- Experience operating within a creative and production driven environment, not just traditional media or corporate marketing.
