Office Manager (Finance & Operations Support)

We’re hiring an Office Manager to keep our fast-paced, marketing- and tech-focused company running smoothly. This person will help ensure that bills are paid on time, day-to-day priorities are managed effectively, and internal coordination stays on track. You’ll also provide light client check-ins and operational support to help keep the business humming.

This is a hands-on, detail-oriented role that blends finance support, project coordination, and administrative oversight. It’s perfect for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and enjoys wearing many hats.

What You’ll Do:

  • Monitor and track payment schedules to ensure bills and invoices are paid on time
  • Support leadership in prioritizing daily and weekly operational tasks
  • Conduct light client check-ins to maintain positive relationships and ensure satisfaction
  • Collaborate with our bookkeeping team to keep financial records up to date (you won’t be doing the bookkeeping)
  • Help organize and maintain internal systems, schedules, and documentation
  • Support with light financial reporting—tracking budgets, expenses, and preparing summary reports for leadership
  • Coordinate with vendors, manage office tools and subscriptions, and handle general administrative duties

What You Bring:

  • 2–4 years of experience in office management, operations, or finance support
  • Strong organizational skills and a natural ability to prioritize and follow through on tasks
  • Familiarity with financial tools like QuickBooks, bill.com, or similar systems a plus
  • Great communication skills and comfort interacting with clients or external partners
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Calendar, etc.)
  • Self-starter attitude—proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work independently
