About the Role

We’re looking for a certified NetSuite Administrator and Celigo Integration Consultant to serve as the central owner connecting Shopify, Celigo, NetSuite, and our Warehouse Management System (WMS) for a fast-moving DTC e-commerce brand.


This person will own integration health end-to-end — from building and maintaining flows, to troubleshooting errors, to partnering cross-functionally with Operations, CX, Finance, and E-Commerce. What You’ll Do

  • Build, maintain, and optimize Celigo flows connecting Shopify, NetSuite, WMS, and other business systems.
  • Serve as the primary NetSuite Administrator, handling configurations, saved searches, dashboards, and user support.
  • Ensure seamless order, inventory, fulfillment, and refund data flow between Shopify, Celigo, NetSuite, and 3PL/WMS.
  • Proactively monitor and resolve integration errors, documenting fixes and improving process reliability.
  • Translate business requirements from Operations, CX, Finance, and E-Com into clear technical solutions.
  • Partner with internal stakeholders to streamline processes like Order to Cash, Procure to Pay, inventory management, and returns (Loop).
  • Deliver data accuracy and visibility across the business through reporting and NetSuite analytics.

 

What You’ll Bring

  • NetSuite Administrator Certification (required).
  • Proven experience building and maintaining Celigo Integrator.io flows across Shopify, NetSuite, and WMS platforms.
  • Deep understanding of Order to Cash, Procure to Pay, and Inventory flow management.
  • Experience with Loop Returns, 3PL/WMS integrations, and related DTC operations.
  • Strong ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions — and communicate those solutions clearly back to non-technical teams.
  • Hands-on troubleshooting and problem-solving mindset.
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills with cross-functional teams.

 

Nice to Have

  • Experience with supporting tools such as Stripe, ShipStation, ShipHero, Gorgias, or Zendesk.
  • Exposure to DTC and high-volume e-commerce environments.
  • Experience with data reporting tools (e.g., Looker, Tableau, Power BI).
