Mobile Developer (Flutter / Android / iOS)

What You’ll Do
- Lead development and ongoing improvements of a Flutter-based mobile app across both iOS and Android platforms.
- Partner with design, product, and backend teams to create seamless, reliable, and engaging user experiences.
- Integrate third-party APIs and SDKs, including Plaid or similar financial data aggregation tools, to enable secure account connectivity.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues, enhance performance, and ensure consistent app stability.
- Maintain high standards of code quality, documentation, and testing.
- Participate in architectural decisions and contribute ideas to the mobile product roadmap.
What You’ll Bring

4–6 years of hands-on experience in mobile app development.
- Deep understanding of Flutter and Dart, with at least one production app in market.
- Working knowledge of Android (Kotlin/Java) and iOS (Swift/Objective-C) development.
- Experience with Plaid or similar financial APIs is a strong advantage.
- Solid grasp of RESTful APIs, OAuth, and secure data management.
- Excellent communication, accountability, and time management skills. Must be comfortable working independently in a remote setting.
Nice to Have
- Experience in fintech, digital banking, or payments environments.
- Familiarity with UX best practices and accessibility design principles.
- Knowledge of app store submissions, release management, and CI/CD workflows.
