Senior Event Producer - Bay Area, CA

Exclusive Opportunity — Position Offered in Partnership with Our Client, a Leading Experiential Events Company

We are representing a premier experiential event production agency known for delivering extraordinary, high-impact experiences for corporate clients worldwide. Our client blends creativity, precision, and hospitality to craft events that engage audiences, build brand loyalty, and leave lasting impressions.

As part of their continued growth, we are seeking a highly skilled Senior Event Producer to join their dynamic team. This is an exciting opportunity to manage large-scale corporate events while working with a respected brand that values innovation, excellence, and client satisfaction.

About the Role

In this leadership position, you’ll take full ownership of event execution — from strategic planning through flawless onsite delivery. You'll oversee logistics, operations, and technical elements while partnering closely with account executives, creative teams, and senior stakeholders to bring unique client visions to life.

The programs you’ll manage include executive summits, incentive trips, corporate celebrations, and custom brand experiences with budgets exceeding $3 million. These are high-visibility, high-touch programs where attention to detail, creativity, and superior client service are paramount.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary client contact and production lead, providing expert guidance and communication throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Drive the end-to-end planning and execution of events, ensuring all production milestones and deadlines are met with precision.
  • Oversee project teams, providing clear direction, managing deliverables, and ensuring brand consistency across all touchpoints.
  • Build and monitor detailed project timelines, schedules, and production calendars.
  • Manage and reconcile multi-million dollar event budgets, ensuring accuracy, transparency, and fiscal responsibility.
  • Source, negotiate, and manage contracts for venues (domestic and international), vendors, and service providers.
  • Lead onsite production teams, including contractors, crew, and staff — supervising setup, live operations, and teardown.
  • Develop detailed event plans covering travel, accommodations, gifting, registration, safety protocols, insurance, and permitting.
  • Implement operational best practices and continuously improve production processes.
  • Lead creative development for event layouts, floor plans, and run-of-show documentation.

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • Minimum of 5+ years leading end-to-end production of large-scale corporate events, preferably within an agency setting.
  • Proven experience managing budgets of $1 million or more.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, able to direct cross-functional teams with confidence.
  • Exceptional client management abilities with the poise to engage C-level executives and high-profile stakeholders.
  • Deep expertise in live, virtual, and hybrid event formats — able to counsel clients on optimal solutions and pivot as needed.
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills; adept at balancing multiple complex programs simultaneously.
  • Positive, calm, and solutions-oriented under pressure with a "figure it out" mindset.
  • Tech-savvy, with proficiency in event management software (experience with platforms such as Cvent, AllSeated, ON24, MeetingPlay, or similar is highly desirable).
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.

What Sets This Opportunity Apart

  • Opportunity to lead some of the industry’s most creative and high-profile corporate events.
  • Work remotely with a team headquartered in the San Francisco Bay Area.
  • Highly flexible work schedule promoting work-life balance.
  • Competitive compensation package, including:
  • Medical, dental, and vision insurance
  • 401k plan
  • Paid maternity leave
  • FSA plan
  • Volunteer day benefit
  • Monthly phone stipend
  • Company-provided laptop
  • Meaningful core values and collaborative team culture
