Schedule: Full-time, on-site 4 days per week


Position Summary:

We are placing a Digital Merchandising Specialist on behalf of a leading direct-to-consumer beauty brand. This role sits at the intersection of strategic product management and hands-on web merchandising, requiring a sharp analytical mindset, strong e-commerce instincts, and a deep understanding of consumer behavior online.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the online product catalog, ensuring all product information is accurate, SEO-optimized, and positioned to resonate with the target audience
  • Design and execute visual merchandising strategies across the website, optimizing product placements to maximize visibility and conversion
  • Partner cross-functionally with marketing, design, and product teams to coordinate launches, promotions, and site updates in alignment with business objectives
  • Monitor and report on product performance, web traffic, and user engagement metrics, translating insights into actionable improvements and sharing findings with cross-functional partners
  • Apply best-in-class UX/UI practices to enhance the online shopping experience, keeping it customer-focused and brand-aligned
  • Coordinate with supply chain and inventory teams to ensure product availability aligns with marketing and sales forecasts


What We Are Looking For:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • 3+ years of site merchandising experience in a direct-to-consumer environment
  • Hands-on experience with ShopifyPlus
  • Familiarity with onsite search tools such as Algolia, Klevu, or SearchSpring
  • Strong analytical skills and comfort with e-commerce analytics platforms including Google Analytics, Looker, and SEMrush
  • Proven ability to manage and optimize product catalogs
  • Background in SEO and digital marketing strategies
  • Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
  • Creative and strategic thinker with solid project management chops and the ability to juggle multiple priorities
