Program Specialist – West Coast (Digital Experience & Performance Programs)


Our agency is supporting a nationally recognized consumer brand in hiring a Program Specialist to help optimize a large-scale digital program used by their regional retail partners. This is an excellent fit for someone who enjoys working with data, improving digital experiences, and collaborating with multiple stakeholders to enhance program performance across local markets.

The Program Specialist will support program operations, reporting, vendor coordination, and continuous improvement efforts to help retail locations maximize the value of their digital presence and customer engagement tools. This role works closely with a Program Manager and cross-functional teams and offers high visibility with client stakeholders.


Key Focus Areas

Program Operations & Support

  • Support the execution of a multi-channel digital program by assisting with data insights, reporting needs, vendor coordination, and client deliverables.
  • Monitor active initiatives, open items, and program performance to identify efficiency gains and optimization opportunities across digital channels and customer-facing tools.
  • Partner with internal and external teams to maintain and evolve program-specific technology solutions.

Analytics & Reporting

  • Analyze program data to identify trends and areas of opportunity and produce weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance reporting.
  • Leverage advanced Excel skills to structure and interpret data in support of client conversations and program planning.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to the Program Manager to support program evolution and client strategy.

Vendor & Partner Collaboration

  • Build strong working relationships with approved vendors to support delivery alignment, quality standards, and program expectations.
  • Assist in quality assurance reviews for program deliverables with the goal of progressing to a lead role in QA processes.
  • Work with support teams to drive clear communication and ensure timely resolution of retail partner issues and inquiries.

Communication & Enablement

  • Help produce program communications, presentations, training materials, and updates that increase engagement, understanding, and adoption within the field.
  • Contribute to discussions that translate data into actionable guidance for the client and partner teams.

What Helps Someone Thrive Here

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • 1–3 years of relevant experience in marketing, digital experience, analytics, account support, or related fields.
  • Strong project coordination or account management capabilities.
  • Experience with digital analytics or marketing performance reporting is highly beneficial.
  • Advanced Excel ability (pivot tables, charting, complex spreadsheets).
  • An Excel skills check may be requested.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to present data clearly and concisely.
  • Collaborative, proactive, and comfortable working across teams.
  • Organized, detail-focused, and self-motivated.
  • Curiosity for emerging digital solutions, an innovative mindset, and eagerness to own projects as you grow.

Compensation & Additional Information

Salary: $60-80k. Compensation is competitive and includes PTO, paid holidays, and additional perks provided by the client. Full details will be shared during the interview process.

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Orange County, CA.
