About the Role

Our client, a leader in healthcare innovation, is looking for personable, confident communicators to join their team as Member Service Representatives. This isn’t your typical call center role — it’s a fast-paced, purpose-driven position where your voice and energy make a real difference.


In this role, you'll engage health plan members over the phone to schedule important in-home health screenings. You’ll be the first step in helping someone take control of their health — and your ability to lead conversations, keep things positive, and secure appointment times is key to your success.

 

What You’ll Do

  • Make outbound calls to health plan members with energy and professionalism, guiding them to book in-home health screenings
  • Explain the service with clarity and warmth, addressing questions and building trust
  • Confirm and update member information in our system with accuracy
  • Log all call activity and member interactions in line with privacy and compliance standards
  • Collaborate with teammates and supervisors to stay on target and support each other
  • Work onsite at the client’s office in South Orange County
  • Handle personal health information with care, confidentiality, and professionalism

 

What We’re Looking For

  • High school diploma or equivalent (college coursework a plus)
  • Strong phone presence — you’re confident, clear, and comfortable taking the lead in conversations
  • Prior experience in customer service or a contact center environment
  • Friendly, positive attitude with the ability to stay focused and energized throughout the day
  • Organized and detail-oriented when it comes to data entry and follow-up
  • Comfortable using Microsoft Office, CRM tools, and scheduling platforms
  • Multilingual skills are a plus
